Our AI setup chat builds your page with you, as a taste of the paid assistant. No card needed, no time limit (sign in at least every 90 days). Your page shows Soopaspace branding, and card payments carry a 1% fee. Classes, memberships, the shop, repeat bookings, reminders, money figures, the assistant and campaigns are on the paid plan. If you leave the paid plan later, those stop: events and classes are cancelled and refunded, and repeat bookings end.

The tool I always wanted.
I’m Alex. I run my own tennis coaching business, and every tool I tried did one slice of it: a calendar here, a spreadsheet there, an invoice somewhere else. I wanted one place that ran the whole thing and made me look as professional as the work I do. So I built it, for everyone who runs things their own way.

- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Take bookings for free, with no card and no time limit (just sign in at least every 90 days): your page, bookings, clients and one calendar, with no cap on bookings or clients and up to 500 emails a month. Our AI setup chat builds your page with you, as a taste of the paid assistant. Group events, classes, memberships, the shop, repeat bookings, reminders, money figures, the assistant and campaigns are on the paid plan, and free card payments carry a 1% fee.
- What happens if I start on the paid plan and later go back to free?
- The paid tools stop, so it is worth knowing before you choose. Your booking page, appointments and clients all stay. Upcoming group events and classes are cancelled, everyone booked in is emailed and card payments are refunded. Repeat bookings end, memberships and shop items are switched off, and members are not billed again after the period they have paid for. Money figures, reminders, the assistant and campaigns lock until you upgrade again. Cancelled events and classes do not come back.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, keeping access to the end of what you’ve paid for. Or pay yearly and save £36.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its usual card fee. On the paid plan we add nothing. On the free plan we take 1% of each card payment. Cash and bank transfer carry no fee on either.
- Will it work for my kind of business?
- If you sell your time, yes: appointments, group sessions, packs, memberships, or quote-first jobs like the trades.
- Do my clients need an app?
- No. They book on your page from any phone and get their confirmations and reminders by email.
- Can I bring my clients across?
- Yes. Import your client list and keep their notes, so nothing gets left behind.
- Does the AI send things on its own?
- Never. It drafts, you check and approve. Nothing goes out without your say-so.
